Sales & Marketing Intern in Gran Canaria (4-6 months)

For our Sales & Marketing department (Head office) in Gran Canaria we are looking for a motivated intern starting from November/December 2024 on (for 4-6 months).

• Business studies with focus on tourism or marketing with first practical experience
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish and German is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility
• Resilience

Areas of responsibility:

• Preparation of various statistics (e.g., occupancy, nationality, catering statistics, etc.)
• Creation and translation of advertisement texts, presentations and texts of the company magazine
• Evaluation of guest questionnaires
• Support of the sales and marketing team, especially in supporting the contact with B2B customers
• Handling of general correspondence via e-mail (Spanish, English, German)
• Registration and coordination of travel agency – info groups
• Warehouse Management & Material Inventory
• Database maintenance
