Internship abroad - International Tourism Management (Lisbon, Portugal)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• B2C Sales Management: Together with the team you are in charge of customer support via phone, email and Whatsapp for the German market
• B2B Sales Management: You identify and acquire new German summer camp organizers
• Account Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (creating & updating programmes, creating invoices, adding new trips)
• Content Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform as part of our content team (writing travel descriptions, editing FAQ, illustrations)
• Digital Marketing Management: You get insights into our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media) and analyse the DACH campaigns with professional tracking tools

Your profile

• German is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English 
• Knowledge of other languages (French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• You like working with a young and ambitious team
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
• The minimum internship duration is at least 5 months 
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a child or as a counselor
