Hotel Internship in Spain: Hotel Management Department on Lanzarote (m/f/d)

The S-W-E-P office is located on the island Tenerife. We are organizing exclusive hotel internships on the Canary Islands, Spain, Mallorca, Ibiza, Malta, the Greek Islands and Costa Rica. • You will work 40 hours a week with 2 days off
• Free board and accommodation are provided by the hotel
• You will receive a remuneration of € 150 per month
• Internship period: minimum 2 months
• Start of your internship abroad: from now on or later

Your Tasks

• Analysis of statistics and evaluations, e.g. the daily occupancy numbers in the hotel
• Arranging special preparations for the V.I.P. guests, as well as their welcoming and support
• Preparation of contracts and invoices for tour operators
• Implementation of guest surveys for quality improvement, quality checks

• Welcoming and caring of the guests at the lobby of the hotel and the entrance

area of the restaurant

Your Profile

• Student/Trainee in Tourism, Hotel/International Management, Communication, Business Studies, etc.
• Open-minded, self-confident, communicative
• You are in a good mood and you enjoy interacting with international guests and staff
• English and Spanish skills are required, further languages are beneficial
